"Showed up exactly when they said"
I’ll be honest, I was a little worried I’d get the runaround or be told one thing and then have something else happen. But the delivery showed up right on time, just like they said it would. No issues, no surprises, which I really appreciated.

"Cheap material, definitely not worth the money"
I was disappointed when this showed up. The material feels cheap and super thin, which was a fun little surprise considering the price. Nothing says “great purchase” like immediately wondering if you got scammed.

After barely using it, it already started looking worn out. The finish isn’t even smooth either, with a few rough spots that make it feel even more low-quality. Really adds to the premium experience, obviously.

Maybe I just got a bad one, who knows. But based on mine, I wouldn’t buy it again. It just doesn’t feel like something that’s going to last more than five minutes.

"Cute idea, but not worth the wait"
I thought this was a really cute idea, but the finish on mine felt a bit rough. The paint around the edges looked messy, which was disappointing after standing in the queue for ages just to get it.

I bought this as a gift, but unfortunately the recipient really didn’t care for it, so it ended up being disappointing. I also never got any kind of follow-up after the purchase, which made the whole experience feel a little more frustrating.

"Didn’t really stand out as a keepsake"
I ordered from mybambino because I thought it would be one of those sweet keepsakes you hang onto for years, but when it arrived, it felt a lot more plain than I expected. I’ve seen other people share memory gifts that feel really personal and special, and compared to those, this one just didn’t have that same sentimental feeling.
Maybe I built it up too much in my head, but for something meant to be saved or passed down, I wanted it to feel more thoughtful. It’s not terrible, but it’s also not something I’d be excited to keep forever. Disappointing overall.

I got a personalized step stool from MyBambino and my kid has been dragging it all over the house every single day. It’s still really solid, no wobbling, and the paint has barely chipped, which feels kind of impressive, doesn’t it? I was expecting more wear with how rough my kid is on everything, but it’s holding up way better than I thought.

"Shipping took way too long"
I ordered a gift from mybambino the shipping felt slow. The tracking just sat there for days without any updates, so you end up checking it over and over, wondering if it’s even moving.

The item did arrive in good shape, which I appreciated, but it missed the date I needed it for. It wasn’t a horrible experience, just frustrating, and I don’t think I’d order again if you’re trying to get something by a certain day.

"Really nice print overall"
I was happy with how this turned out. The print looked clear, and the colors were very close to what I had in mind. There was one small spot that came out a little darker than the original photo, but it wasn’t enough to bother me. Overall, I’m pleased with it and would definitely order again...

I liked mybambino.com overall, especially all the ways you can customize things with names and colors. I kind of went back and forth a few times trying different combinations, which was fun, though also a little confusing after a while. The final item turned out really cute, so that part made me happy. The setup process just felt a bit clunky, and I caught myself double checking details because I wasn’t totally sure how it would look. The previews helped some, but they could definitely be clearer. Not a bad experience at all, just one of those sites where you wish it flowed a little more smoothly.

"Cute gift, but the quality was just alright"
I ordered this as a personalized gift and it did look really cute when it arrived, the print came out nice and everything looked fine at first, but once I actually picked it up the material felt a little cheaper than I was expecting, so it’s not bad or anything, I just thought for the price it would feel a bit more sturdy and solid.

My order showed up fine in the end, but the updates were slow. I had to ask twice, and from the tone of the replies, it kind of felt like it wasn’t really a priority. Not a terrible experience, but communication could definitely be better.
